Quality control

The main goal of our company is to produce a high-quality product that meets the highest quality requirements in Ukraine, as well as in the EU, USA, Japan. To this end, the company has developed the following quality control scheme for our product - from incoming raw materials to the final product:
- control of incoming raw materials (analysis of raw materials for physicochemical indicators, organoleptic indicators, residual amount of antibiotics in honey, as well as falsification, by sampling from each container unit of an individual beekeeper);
- control of the released batch of products (by the average sample method, the finished batch is analyzed for physicochemical parameters, HMF, diastase, and the residual amount of antibiotics in honey: chloramphenicol, sulfonamide group, tetracyclines, metronidazole, metabolites of nitrofurans, streptomycin);
- control of the finished batch in the Ukrainian state laboratory DNDKI (State Scientific Research Institute of Control) on physicochemical indicators, the residual amount of antibiotics in honey, heavy metals, radionuclides;
- control of the finished batch in the laboratories of Germany: Quality Services International GmbH (Bremen), Intertek Food Services GmbH (Bremen) for physicochemical parameters, HMF, diastase, and residual antibiotic in honey: chloramphenicol, sulfonamide group, Tetracyclines, metronidazole, metabolites of nitrofurans, streptomycin);

Only after this finished homogenized lot of honey in the amount of 20.65 tons is subject to export.

We guarantee that our honey is pure, without any impurities, natural.
